All content on this Site is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please close this page. Parents and guardians should keep gaming and betting apps away from children and set parental controls where possible.

Set Limits Before You Play

Money limits: decide your maximum deposit before the session begins — and never exceed it. Time limits: use an alarm to end sessions after 45–60 minutes. Loss limits: when your pre-set loss amount is reached, the session is over, no exceptions. Most wallet apps and game providers also offer built-in deposit caps — use them.

Recognising the Warning Signs

Gaming stops being fun when: you chase losses to “win it back”; you spend more than you planned or more than you can afford; you hide how much you play from family; you feel anxious, guilty or angry around play; gambling starts affecting sleep, work or relationships. If any of these sound familiar, take a break — or stop completely. One sign is enough.

Never gamble with money you need for bills, food or rent.

Play only on apps and payment channels you already know (JazzCash, easypaisa).

Take a 24-hour cooldown after any loss streak.

Treat every win as a bonus, not income.

If it stops being fun, quit — you lose nothing by walking away.

Self-Exclusion

Every responsible gaming platform offers self-exclusion: a tool that blocks your account for a set period — usually 30 days to 6 months. If you feel your play is slipping out of control, exercise it immediately. The games you love will still be there when you are in control again.
